We left the marina Friday night and got caught in a storm going across to Adams Creek....50+ winds according to our anameter, but luckily we had prepped the boat when we sighted the front behind us and stayed comfortable through the blow. Heavy rain when we pulled into the creek to anchor. Great trip from there the next morning, fantastic exit through the inlet and sailing up. Arrived to beautiful weather and clear green water, saw sea turtles all day every day we were there popping their heads out of the water to look at us on the boat, some of them were the size of card table, with heads as big as a volleyball. Snorkeled around the boat, spent time on the beach, Josh caught a shark, we marinaded in Pineapple marinade...cooked over a fire on the beach Sunday night. Delicious. Caught 3 Spanish Mackerel on the way back. Everyone had a wonderful time in wonderful weather... Here's some pics from the trip...
